His Excellency, Grand Ayatullah Mohseni, son of Mohammad Mirza Mohseni was born in a religious and faithful family in Kandahar city on 26^th April 1936 (2^nd Sawr 1314- 22^nd Moharram 1354). He went to Pakistan with his father in 1949 where he learned Urdu Language.
